Challenge Severity Score
Every organisation has different kind of challenges to tackle. Many research have proven that challenges are more perceived in nature than real. Therefore it is important for the organisations that they understand the challenges for their business from the employees perceptive. This would provide a basic understanding to the organisation before putting up a plan to address them.
Dr Biranchi Jena, one of the lead in Adiuvaret Research and Consulting, in one of his research on challenges faced by the ambulance drivers in metro cities, created the method “Challenge Severity Score (CSS)” to measure the challenges and the operational effectiveness.
This tool can be applied to any domain and in any organisation.
